Boss Partnership: Case Study

The Brief:

The Boss Partnership pride themselves on being chartered accountants with a personal touch. It therefore came as no surprise when they approached us to provide bespoke custom furnishings in line with this ethos to their accounts practice in Lichfield.

Established in 2005 by Logan Khan, the Boss partnership assist over 300 clients who are overseen by his hands-on approach as well as that of his team. The company is built upon an ethos focussed on providing an outstanding service to its clients within a friendly environment.

Requirements:

The Boss Partnership required custom designed office furniture for their employees and a front of house reception counter. This design was also to be followed through into their corporate boardroom. Boss wanted to create a sophisticated, trendy and memorable impact to prospective and existing clients that also reflects the personalised, client centred approach to the service that they receive. The space also needed to provide a comfortable, functional and design centred working environment for employees.

Logan had a design in mind for his practice which was able to be fulfilled with our partner connections in the bespoke furniture design industry.

The Solution:

We were able to provide a premium fully bespoke design for Logan’s practice. With his ideas in mind, our design team were able to create impactful visuals to bring his vision to life on paper and later into his practice.

  • An initial design meeting took place to outline the scope of the project. With bespoke furniture being requested timescales were discussed in line with the activities of the practice.

  • Prospective furniture was explored, and bespoke fabric samples were shared with the client and agreed upon.

  • Designs were then shared with the client to allow for the maximum potential of the space to be achieved. The client wanted a consistent design theme throughout his practice. He had chosen a distinctive fabric that was to be used on the office seating, screens and boardroom chairs.

  • Once we had captured Logan’s vision and achieved the impact that he wanted, furniture was then put into production.

  • Furniture was installed and the WOW factor instantly achieved.

We thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to be creative with this project and work alongside a client with vision and a flair for design. The overall finish of the practice was overwhelming and the feedback that Logan has received from clients reflected his desire to create a space that reflected his personal approach to the service he provides.
